MediLog24 files prescriptions, lab reports and scans the day they happen, with a separate timeline for each person you look after. The documents themselves are saved to your own Google Drive.

Yourself, a parent, a child. Each person gets a timeline of their own, and records never mix.
Photograph the paper or upload the PDF. It goes into your Drive, dated and typed.
Send a link to a doctor or a relative. It expires on its own, and you can revoke it any time.
How it works
Nothing to set up, no account to create. Each document you add lands on the timeline in the right place, dated and typed.

Your mother, your child, yourself. Records never mix between people.
Snap the paper prescription, or upload the PDF the lab emailed you.
Newest first, grouped by day, typed as prescription, lab report or scan.
What it does
Add a patient for everyone whose records you keep. Switching between them takes one tap, and nothing bleeds across.
Photograph a paper document, or bring in a PDF or image that is already on the phone.
Every record carries a type and a date, which is what makes it findable eight months later.
Send one record or a whole patient file to a doctor. Links expire on their own, and you can revoke any of them.
The app shows how much of your Google Drive storage your documents are taking up.
No subscription, no in-app purchase, no advertising. There is no iPhone app at launch, but the web portal works in any browser, iPhone included.
Where your files live
When you save a record, the file goes straight into a folder MediLog24 creates inside your own Google Drive. Here is what that means in practice.
The files count against your Google storage. MediLog24 does not provide storage, so there is nothing to buy from us.
Uninstall the app tomorrow and the documents are still sitting in your Drive, yours to open or move.
We keep only a reference so the app can fetch a file back for you. We never hold a copy of the file.
The permission the app asks for covers files it created. The rest of your Drive stays invisible to it.
Your documents are not sold, not passed to advertisers, and never used to train AI models.
Withdraw access from your Google account settings whenever you want. Your files stay exactly where they are.
MediLog24 is not a healthcare provider and gives no medical advice.
Who it is for
Three specialists, repeat prescriptions, reports going back years. Arrive at the appointment with the right one already open.
Vaccination cards, growth records, the prescription from that fever in April. One timeline per child.
Blood tests going back several years, so a new doctor sees the trend and not only today’s number.
FAQ
In your own Google Drive, in a folder the app creates. We hold a reference to each file so the app can fetch it for you, not a copy of the document.
